SkaMik was established in 2009 by Geir Skarstad and Frode Mikalsen. Our ambition is to develop solutions that assist aquaculture companies to achieve their goals in terms of sustainability and production growth. In close cooperation with leading researchers and ambitious fish farmers, we develop non-medicinal delousing systems, as well as other groundbreaking tools.
A solid ownership, consisting of leading actors in the marine and maritime sector, provides us with the best expertise and capacity that is needed to develop innovative solutions.
